The right address

I love making my bed, after taking advise from a navy SEAL commander shared wisdom. As I was stretching and perfectly pulling the layers of cotton enjoying the way it feels, I was pondering my inquiry to the Lord this morning of a rhythm for prayer... not a routine or formula that would leave me insecure, but a rhythm as to sit or camp in a correct "spot", comfortably all day long.

After opening the window, I thought about the world’s troubles—the politics, the chaos—and how my little bedroom brings peace. I wondered where we should move to escape the storms of life.

Passing up and down in my heart searching for the the correct address, I wished and longed for a campsite without fear, blame or shame just tranquility, peace and abundance.

Stop! Take every thought captive I reminded myself, recognizing it for the first time.

Numbers is such a fascinatingly practical book a true handbook for eternal campers.

In Numbers God instructed the handpicked campers to camp surrounding His tent, as He wanted to join them on there trip. He carefully instructed the priests to place them around Him, so that they would have an example to look onto each day.

He also instructed the priest on what the campers should bring if they want to visit Him... not flowers nor chocolates rather a lamb, doves, grain or fruit. These campers knew exactly which address they could go to and what to take to get comfort and peace as they would be met by the high priest.

I then immediately brought my heart before our High Priest and Camp Leader Jesus. Realizing that my fear of the future and my pride in trying to control my fears were at the center of this thought. I repented, yielding to His leadership.

"In You" is the perfect campsite. Your Spirit is the ideal gift to bring when I visit Father. I have to search no more, as the address is in You, in Your Spirit and in Your truth. This is the most tranquil, peaceful and comfortable campsite.

Thank You for making it so easy to camp with You. You are in control of our trip and the places we live. Let Your will be done, I yield to You. And I can't wait to see what You have planned for today!

On our trip to the Nazareth Christian Center experiencing where Jesus grew up. The perfect address for growth.

Only in the campsite of the One who love you First can life be fun!
