Sing "Seven-Thousand"
A marching song with drums, tambourines and flutes
Oh , Sing to the Living God of Elijah -
For He is Almighty and Strong.
God over storms, fire and sea.
Mighty God of the Angel Armies.
The Only One to cause fertility.
The Only Creator who send the fire for Elijah.
The Blower of the wind for Elijah.
The Temblor Supreme of Elijah.
Yes, The Still Small Voice.
Oh, Sing a song of praise and joy to God of Elijah -
Sing to the Strong One who contend for us day-n-night.
Laboring with His hands establishing with His fingers.
Smiling, drawing with soft whispers of light.
Working, carving, forming, creating and,
constantly bending, moulding, stitching and stretching.
Cutting, clearing, changing morale.
At work in the hearts of the "seven-thousand"
who will not bend their knee to Baal*.
Chorus:
The "seven-thousand" reserved for Him.
The "seven-thousand" reserved for times as these.
The "seven-thousand" reserved for you and me.
The "seven-thousand" that hear His voice.
The "seven-thousand" with eyes that see.
The "seven-thousand" with titanium backbone.
The "seven-thousand" who don't bend to Baal* their knee.
The "seven-thousand" who know and call on His name.
The "seven-thousand" who acts on His voice.
The "seven-thousand" washed, innocent, and lives blameless-lee .
The "seven-thousand" who don't bend to Baal* their knee.
The "seven-thousand" who knows who is the Boss.
The "seven-thousand" who believes He hung on cross.
The "seven-thousand" drinking His Blood.
The "seven-thousand" eating His Body.
The "seven-thousand" who permit, surrender and submit.
The "seven-thousand" forgiven, forgiving and free to set free.
The "seven-thousand" reserved not to bend to Baal* their knee.
Bridge:
Silently, expectantly, eagerly, waiting, marching, yielding, singing along, dancing, declaring, whistling concurrently, caring, reigning, warring, waiting, pressing, balancing, straining, patiently remaining, shifting in unison, inspiring in concert, moved by His tune, enjoying His statutes, precepts, laws, and His decrees. His "seven-thousand" reserved not to bend to Baal* their knees.
So, keep on singing my "seven-thousand"
Our King is the Truth, the Life, the Way.
Never stop dancing enthusiastically in delight, joy or glee.
You are part of His team, His people, His reserve.
Reserved "seven-thousand", so never bend to Baal* your knee!
1 Kings 19: 13 Then a voice said to him, “What are you doing here, Elijah?”14 He replied, “I have been very zealous for the Lord God Almighty. The Israelites have rejected your covenant, torn down your altars, and put your prophets to death with the sword. I am the only one left, and now they are trying to kill me too.”15 The Lord said to Elijah, “Go back the way you came, and go to the Desert of Damascus. When you get there, anoint Hazael king over Aram. 16 Also, anoint Jehu son of Nimshi king over Israel, and anoint Elisha son of Shaphat from Abel Meholah to succeed you as prophet. 17 Jehu will put to death any who escape the sword of Hazael, and Elisha will put to death any who escape the sword of Jehu. 18 Yet I reserve "seven thousand" in Israel—all whose knees have not bowed down to Baal and whose mouths have not kissed him.
"Baal*": Literal, organized worship of the ancient Canaanite storm and fertility god Baal, does not exist today. Instead, theologians, historians, and cultural commentators use the phrase Baal worship metaphorically to describe modern cultural obsessions like materialism sexual permissiveness, and consumer greed. Prioritizing financial wealth, luxury, and career success above all else. The cultural normalization of unrestrained sexual gratification and pornography, likened to ancient fertility cults. Valuing state power, modern technology, or extreme environmentalism to the exclusion of traditional spirituality.
