Private Life

Private Life:
My name is, Elizabeth Francis Greyling, called Ciska, the 3rd of four children born into a simple miners family in the mining and safari town of Phalaborwa Limpopo, in September 1970.
I grew up in a turbulent family home, shaken by frequent poor financial and relational choices. Schooling was difficult and at times riddled with anxiety, and I constantly escaped into day dreaming and isolation. I did find solace in school plays and sports, but my thought life was a distressing mess.
After barely passing my last year in high school, I tried to obtain a fashion design certificate at Leggatt's in Doornforntein, Johannesburg but later moved into selling apartments through Realty1Elk.
Blessedly, married a kind and steady man, and together we could built a home full of love and peace. Jaco always put his heart into caring for me, and our two sons, and those around us. Together, we’ve created a space where I could walk alongside my First Love, learning to trust Him like I would a close friend, a brother or sister, and companion."
We currently live in the vibrant town of Hluhluwe, KZN, surrounded by pineapples and safaris. For the past 15 years, I was the principal of the only little property shop in town. This role taught me the importance of accountability, faith, responsibility, and reliability, as the community watches your every move.
My heart and faith have been deeply transformed through the Restoring the Foundations ministry. I now see it as an essential part of the Christian birth and journey, where repentance is the beginning of everything new. Through this ministry, I gained insight into the power of 'our thought life' and how it continues to shape my heart, mind and walk.
Also understanding the Bible more deeply, along with the truths of the 1st century, has strengthened my foundation in knowing our Hebrew First Love and His place in our lives.
But above all, experiencing His humble, holy love and living it out has transformed my journey with Him. These truths have filled me with an unwavering commitment to share His love and protecting His honor.
Only in the arms of the One who Love's you First can life be a love song!
